1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "jilieo", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jilieo platform operated at jilieo.net, including all its services, features, and content.
• "Platform" refers to the jilieo website accessible at jilieo.net, including all subpages, features, and gaming services offered therein.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with jilieo or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered member profile created by you on the jilieo Platform, including your wallet balance, gaming history, and personal settings.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, promotions, payment processing, customer support, and related features offered through jilieo.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the sole currency used for transactions on the jilieo Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a member's account by jilieo.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the jilieo Platform, you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Your agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the Platform or complete account registration, whichever occurs earlier.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jilieo with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

If you are accessing jilieo on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" include both you personally and the person or entity on whose behalf you act.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jilieo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated programs, and bots may not register accounts.
• You must not be accessing jilieo from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jilieo or any of its affiliated companies, gaming providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on jilieo or any gaming platform that operates under the same regulatory framework.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and the laws of your country of residence.

jilieo reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any member at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jilieo Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, a shared device, or a shared IP address — is a material breach of these Terms. jilieo uses automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilieo reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

You must promptly update your account information whenever your details change. jilieo will use the information on file for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilieo account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other person's account.

You must notify jilieo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any other security breach. jilieo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jilieo operates under the Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations prescribed by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Before processing withdrawals — or at any time jilieo deems appropriate — you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate, dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash account, bank-issued card, or e-wallet registered in your name)
• Selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. jilieo aims to complete verification within two to three business days of receiving all required documents.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilieo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP):

• PayMaya (Maya) e-wallet
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online banking

Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location, account verification status, and the prevailing technical capabilities of the payment provider. jilieo reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction. jilieo reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within one to three hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and jilieo's fraud and anti-money laundering review procedures.

jilieo will only process withdrawals to a payment account registered in the name of the jilieo account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.4 Taxes and Fees

jilieo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on gaming winnings under Philippine law. jilieo does not provide tax advice.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by jilieo are subject to specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page. General conditions applicable to all jilieo promotions include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unfulfilled bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued. Transferring, sharing, or selling bonuses to other members is prohibited.
• jilieo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform.
• Suspected abuse of promotions — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising exposure — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may constitute grounds for account suspension.
• Members may not combine multiple bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the jilieo Platform are operated by licensed third-party gaming providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently certified. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not manipulated by jilieo or its staff.

Each game on the jilieo Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game. jilieo strongly encourages all members to review game rules before placing real-money wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jilieo reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wager amounts to affected players. jilieo's decision in such circumstances is final and binding.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the game provider and are disclosed within each game's information panel. jilieo does not alter RTP settings from the values certified by the provider.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilieo Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been earned. Any winnings obtained through exploitation must be reported immediately and are subject to forfeiture.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Opening or operating a jilieo account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening a jilieo account using false, stolen, or another person's identity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for gaming. jilieo treats all chargebacks as fraud and will pursue recovery through all available legal means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or jilieo staff through any communication channel.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your jilieo account to any other person.

9. Responsible Gaming

jilieo is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino members. Gaming on the jilieo Platform is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or an activity that interferes with personal responsibilities, relationships, or financial obligations.

jilieo provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that all members may access through their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your jilieo account in PHP.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications that display your session duration and net balance movement.
• Loss Limits: Set thresholds on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilieo Platform — including but not limited to the jilieo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and software — is the proprietary property of jilieo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• The right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• The right to use the jilieo brand, name, or logo in any manner without prior written consent.
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technical component of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jilieo's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilieo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of gaming funds due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions beyond jilieo's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or power outages.
• Any decisions made by you based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform's availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

In all circumstances, jilieo's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your jilieo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jilieo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

jilieo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Suspected multi-accounting or identity misrepresentation.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other members or jilieo staff.
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR.
• A member's own request to close their account.

Upon account closure for cause, jilieo may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any bonus funds, promotional winnings, or account balances associated with the breach. Where account closure is not due to member fault, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to successful KYC verification.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jilieo support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be disbursed after identity verification and completion of any pending withdrawal holds.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the jilieo Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jilieo's support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jilieo will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

Disputes relating to jilieo's gaming outcomes, fairness of game results, or technical malfunctions shall be subject to review by jilieo's technical team. jilieo's determination on matters of game outcome and technical issues is final and binding, subject only to applicable regulatory oversight by PAGCOR.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jilieo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilieo will notify registered members by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jilieo Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jilieo recommends that you check this page each time you log in to ensure you are aware of the current version.
